Reddy holds proven track record as a dynamic team-lead with a vision for crafting world-class leveraging technologies that would meet the complex business demands of today's market.

Reddy has worked for IBM ISSW Labs for over six years where he directed the strategy, management and project execution for multi-million dollar Information Technology and Enterprise Architecture initiatives. He provided vision and thought leadership for major clients; led the development of architecture blueprints and manage Center of Excellence (COE) projects for IBM clients; delivered key projects and executed key initiatives including SOA enabled Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
