We have introduced a process driven standard based approach in installing and configuring the products. We provided the standard process templates for installing the IBM WebSphere product set. Client can further extend this to include enterprise products or other partner products.

Our approach uses standard BPEL implementation and can easily be integrated in to the enterprise alert management to notify the installation process failures or inconsistency in the environment during the initial configuration process.
