Sales Executive


Job Description

  • Sales Executive is responsible for qualifying and closing business opportunities by selling our products, complete IT solutions to accounts in a defined geographic territory through client visits and presentations. Sales Executive will identify opportunities to leverage Insight's complete technology offering which encompasses software, services and networking. Building C-Level relationships in an effort to execute company global strategic plans to ensure growth and optimum customer satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this position is to further develop existing business , cultivate new business and relationships, align with IT and Business Groups to uncover new opportunities, develop solutions and sell strategic services to include company products and Services. Must have exceptional business insight, show executive/boardroom presence, and have outstanding judgment.

  • This position shall require travel, approximately 50% of the time (Canada). You will be responsible for developing net new business with major accounts in the Finance, Insurance, Telco and Private sectors across Canada (MUST have an existing network to hit the grown running).

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with C-Level executives
  • Identify sales opportunities by exploring client business needs
  • Outstanding business- to- business sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling, in-person sales presentations
  • Proven sales success in new business hunting as well as cultivating existing client base
  • Verifiable, successful track record in prospect qualification, appointment setting and deal negotiation
  • Proficient at managing all facets of the sales cycle
  • Work effectively on their own and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to identify short and long term goals to achieve overall team/company objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities, develop strong relationships within assigned accounts

Compensation: 6 figure compensation package with a 50/50 base salary and commission split.

  • Base :50%
  • Bonus:- 50% Target based
  • On top of the above
  •       % of Sales as commission when target exceeds
  •       No cap on the total compensation
